  Bad experience, not recommend to go there. The service is slow, i spent 6 hours there waiting for the physician come up with the diagnosis. And the charge is very high, they will not tell you the actual amount of cost (said they cannot give even an estimate) and i was shocked by the payment bill 2 weeks later. The worst thing is that they are not capable to provide a solution or cure or anything to ease your pain. Will never back again.

  Good, if you need it and have no where else to go. The staff is friendly enough, but damn--- Why is it nobody can ever call you back when they're SUPPOSED TO, or the damn phone never puts you through to an actual human being? Been waiting on test results for 3 weeks, I've been trying to call for the last week, and I only ever get a machine, my PCP works there and can never actually speak to her, either. FFS.

  UMC was much better !!! UHC is every bit of Lafayette general. They hire anyone, with non patient service , rude, and flaky ! I should have known not to go back. The first time I visited since the transition and they violated so many HIPAA Laws !!
