  Waited for Dr Kosnosky had a 10:00 appointment seen him about 12... He ordered test that I didn't know that I was going to take....He did this all of a sudden... Then told me that he was going to see me back in a year because I go to a cardiologist

  Very unprofessional, messy staff. The service providers speak to you in a condescending tone, all of the workers appear incompetent. It is so sad that people who lack medical insurance or who have inadequate insurance have to put up with such poor care.Dr Welch- Spencer, comes across as a kind woman, but she doesn't take the time to discuss more holistic ways to improve health. Her first thought is to push medicine on you, regardless if you voice your input that the med causes terrible side effects. Instead of changing to a different class of medicine, she simply prescribed the same class of medicine, only with a different name. Smh. This has resulted in me wasting $50 paying for a med that works like poison. Dr. Kincade, the dentist, is harsh, obnoxious, loud and obtuse. This medical establishment is terrible! I am now looking at alternative methods of health improvement. I definitely would not recommend SWLA to anyone!
